The line is driven by a combination of gears and sprockets, providing a reliable and efficient driving mechanism. The rollers, crafted from 45# steel and precision-machined on CNC lathes, are further enhanced with a hard chrome coating for maximum durability and wear resistance. Shaft diameter is ф60mm and all will be precision machined. Main driving motor is 5.5kw Simenz matches with frequency inverter for controlling producing speed, so our standing seam metal roof roll former line speed will be about 8-15m/min. This machine can produce many sizes between 300mm and 600mm effective width.
