The whole machine set of Beenew tile roll forming machine includes an unpowered de-coiler (hydraulic de-coiler for optional), the main forming mill, hydraulic post cutting set, PLC control system, and product racks. The machine frame is meticulously welded and spray painted. The rollers, crafted from premium grade No.45 forged steel, undergo precise digital-controlled processing, enhancing their performance and longevity. To further ensure the accuracy of the final product, the shafts of the rollers are finely ground twice. And then coated with a 0.05mm thick layer of hard chrome after precise machining, significantly extending the life of the forming rollers. The tile roll forming machine utilizes a combination of chains and gears for movement, with a motor providing the drive. All operations are seamlessly managed by a PLC electric cabinet, ensuring automated and efficient functioning.
