We have set up another new roll forming machine exhibition in Beenew’s own factory from Sept 13-15, total 3 days. During the exhibition, customers from China domestic and Asia have visit our factory and attend our new developed roll forming machines, such as non-concrete floor deck roll forming machine, bamboo tile roof roll forming machine and our C Z purlin roll forming machine series.

Preparation before starting: Close the vacuum breaker valve, bottom drain valve and condensate pump outlet valve of the fresh water generator.

High and low standing seam panels produced by Beenew Standing Seam Machine are both used in roof, wall, and ceiling decoration. The most common materials for standing seam panels are aluminum, magnesium and manganese.

Metal roof making machines are usually mounted on a trailer that is then taken directly to the job site. The new metal roof is produced or roll formed right on site. Portable roll formers can be operated off the trailer but can also be picked up to do arial roll forming. Areal roll forming allows a roofing contractor to run out long metal roofing panel directly onto large buildings and means that the building owner gets a full length, seamless metal roof.
